That’s the impact you’ll make at Worthington Enterprises in Jefferson. Our work and where you fit We’re expanding our production team on 2nd shift (3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday) and 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Sunday–Thursday). As a Fabrication and Paint Line Specialist, you’ll rotate through key stations to keep quality high and throughput steady: Assembly and testing to confirm every part meets spec. Material handling to stage components and keep lines supplied. Hands-on support in welding, press room operations, and paint line finishing. Careful execution of detailed work instructions and standard procedures. Quality vigilance—spotting defects early; precise counting, labeling, and small‑part handling. Uncompromising safety—following all policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ready for physical, repetitive work and standing for long stretches.
  • Steady hand–eye coordination and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfort with basic math and computers.
  • Ability to interpret detailed instructions; familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality checks.
  • Basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

  • Forklift and crane licenses welcomed.
