About The Position

LEE Industries is seeking Inside Upholstery artisans with the following qualifications to carry on this tradition of excellence. Operate topstitch (double needle) machine to follow blind seam on cushions and flatwork.

Requirements

Furniture Topstitch (Double Needle) sew experience (2+ years)
Ability to work full time
Effective communication skills
Good organizational skills and detailed oriented
Basic Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

LEAN Manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Operating topstitch machine to sew parts, for both cushion and flatwork jobs to meet production schedule
Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards
Able to read and comprehend tickets/specs, etc., to ensure accuracy.
All other duties as assigned
