About The Position
Machine Operator I will set up and operate machines with repeatable processes and run a minimal process mix. Operate various machines and tools. May be required to do setup and changeover. Troubleshooting and problem-solving. Able to use basic measurement tools. Read work orders. Running Electra Fabric Cutter/Top Spin Fabric Cutter. Fabric Inspection Machine. Basic Computer Skills.
Requirements
- Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-oriented.
- Regular lifting, maneuvering, and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Able to use basic hand tools.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred.
- A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company’s Values.

- Assist in training employees.
