About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. The work takes place in cold, damp, or hot and humid environments. Candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, and successfully complete a respiratory physical. Pay is commensurate with experience and ranges from $21.40 to $30.60 per hour. The role is on first shift in Cumming, Georgia. Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

At least 6 months of maintenance experience; a maintenance apprenticeship or technical-school degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Successful completion of a respiratory physical.
Maintenance experience must be listed on the application or resume.

Nice To Haves

Industrial maintenance or mechanical certificate preferred.
