Requirements

  • Engineering related BS degree
  • 5 plus years related experience.
  • Prior semiconductor industry is required.
  • Requires technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization, with the ability to organize and lead projects.

Nice To Haves

  • MS degree or PhD degree are a plus.
  • Preferred candidates have had experience working with testers and SORT yield testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Owns product performance throughout fab manufacturing and testing.
  • Investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis, and work with process engineering to drive improvements.
  • Perform electrical failure analysis with SORT testers, initiates deeper failure‑analysis efforts, and supports customer returns through expertise in fab processes and test flows.
  • Define material disposition limits, guide associate engineers and technicians, and assist business unit engineers with assembly‑level and customer‑related concerns.
