Requirements

Engineering related BS degree
5 plus years related experience.
Prior semiconductor industry is required.
Requires technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization, with the ability to organize and lead projects.

Nice To Haves

MS degree or PhD degree are a plus.
Preferred candidates have had experience working with testers and SORT yield testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Owns product performance throughout fab manufacturing and testing.
Investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis, and work with process engineering to drive improvements.
Perform electrical failure analysis with SORT testers, initiates deeper failure‑analysis efforts, and supports customer returns through expertise in fab processes and test flows.
Define material disposition limits, guide associate engineers and technicians, and assist business unit engineers with assembly‑level and customer‑related concerns.
