Requirements

Candidates must be able to successfully complete the Human Resources onboarding process and pass the Safety Orientation training without the assistance of an interpreter.
Fully understanding the content delivered by the instructor and passing the associated exams independently.
Employee must also be able to receive and understand instructions provided by their supervisor and communicate directly with them without the need for interpretation services.
The ability to understand, communicate, and follow workplace safety instructions in English is required.

Responsibilities

Help move equipment, products, and tools in the shop areas.
Help tag, bundle, palletize, and / or cart up fabrication.
Other duties as assigned.
Are being trained to use certain hand tools, and shop equipment.
Observe safety requirements and safe work practices and methods as required.
Bring optimization to work every day.
Always be in control of your destiny.
Never stop learning.
Confidentiality is essential.
Perform all monthly inspections as required.
In the performance of duties and responsibilities, you are expected to observe all safety, health, and loss prevention rules, practices, and procedures, as well as specific instructions related to the safe and efficient performance of your work.
Enforce / Regulate Employees use of all Personal Protective Equipment required for the safe performance of the job.
Reward and discipline employees, address complaints, resolve problems, and enforce companies’ policies and rules.
