About The Position

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting complex electronic systems down to the bare component level? We are looking for an experienced technical specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft electronic devices and legacy electro-mechanical systems. If you are the kind of technician who can look at a complex schematic, trace a signal across a board, and know exactly what every resistor and capacitor along the way is supposed to do, we want you on our team!

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in advanced, component-level troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) OR equivalent hands-on work experience.
  • Precise manual dexterity.
  • Strong hand/eye coordination.
  • Periods of sustained visual focus for detailed soldering and documentation work.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience.
