About The Position

A&H Security is seeking experienced supervisors for sites in the Borough of Queens. The F80 shift supervisor supervises security guards, conducts fire drills, writes reports, patrols, stands at and holds a post, and de-escalates incidents. The role also coordinates emergency responses, trains and leads security personnel, maintains accurate incident documentation, ensures adherence to safety regulations, and manages access control and surveillance systems.

Applicants must hold a New York State Security Guard License, F02 License/Certification, F80 License, CPR/AED/First Aid training, and Mandated Reporter training. A high school diploma or high school equivalency is required. The F-80 Certificate of Fitness is required for coordinators of fire safety and alarm systems in homeless shelters and certain buildings or occupancies with a one-way voice communication system that are occupied by more than 15 people for more than 30 days.

Requirements

• Patience and de-escalation skills.
• Experience supervising security personnel.
