Requirements

  • Degree in economics or humanities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel).
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Strong predisposition for precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Fieldwork Manager and the Operations Team in the various operational phases of fieldwork for quantitative market research.
  • Liaise with interviewers and provide support in managing the network of surveyors and interviewers in the territory (identifying new interviewers).
  • Prepare materials, organize and support briefings for surveyors and interviewers on how to conduct interviews (e.g., assigning interviews and simulations, ad hoc methodologies to follow, defining questionnaire content).
  • Monitor the progress of interviews on a quantitative basis and/or according to performance indicators.
  • Support the Fieldwork Manager in the use of specific management software (including the Ipsos I-field platform) and by interfacing with various internal figures (Data Processing, Market Researchers, etc.).
  • Acquire basic skills in executing the operational aspects of quantitative research projects.
