Requirements

  • BS/BA
  • 10 years of logistics/warehousing/supply chain/ and/or customer service experience or 7 years with an advanced degree with logistics/warehousing/supply chain/ and/or customer service experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and constructing mathematical models to track performance.
  • Deep knowledge of CORE Operating Systems and Framework.
  • Ability to bridge Production and Eagle Supply driving accountability and managing organizational change.
  • Excellent presentation skills for updating leadership and stakeholders on progress and strategic pivots.

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies internal supply policies, practices, and standard work
  • Proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas VLOOKUP, etc.) is highly desired.
  • Analytical skills are a must for an FLS; individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems.
  • Strong written and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops long-term business roadmaps and evaluates F135 sustainment material trends to ensure the organization remains forward looking to ensure future opportunities are pro-actively found and mitigated.
  • Aligns Production and Eagle Supply capacities/ Capabilities month over month with takt time to eliminate material support bottlenecks, reduce gaps in engine deliveries, and distribute workloads evenly between Production and Sustainment to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Utilizes visual LOB charts and Project Management Control Processes to measure actual progress against scheduled milestones, identifying deviations and forecasting future performance. Key POC to compile slides/ LOBs weekly for DREP, SPMT, CSIPT, IPMR, ect.
  • Works with department leaders across Industrial, Eagle Supply, and Sustainment Operations to ensure Integrated Materials support F135 Sustainment KPIs.
  • Identifies potential threats to strategic execution and develops contingency plans to resolve supply chain or production interruptions. Works as a partner to the F135 Integrated Materials Metrics Manager.
  • Utilize the Integrated Material Solution Planners to align and provide timely updates for MROU Escalation to support CONOS and OCONUS Operational needs.
