About The Position

Policaro Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven F&I Manager to join their high-performance team at Porsche Centre Oakville. The F&I Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing a VIP buying experience, staying updated on product, insurance, and finance options, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales department for seamless transactions. Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales
• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide a VIP buying experience
• Stay up to date on latest product, insurance and finance options
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless transactions
