Requirements

Previous automotive F&I experience required
Proven track record of achieving production and profitability goals
Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and dealership operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner
Structure and secure financing through a network of lenders
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
Maximize F&I performance while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
Accurately complete all financing and vehicle documentation
Support dealership goals through ethical and customer-focused selling practices
