About The Position
Cole's Flea Market is looking for an independent, energetic, friendly, highly motivated-beer minded team member to join our Concessions team! The ideal candidates must have a passion for people, EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and a self-starting work ethic. This position will be responsible for serving food to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience. This is a Part-Time, weekend position (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm). We are motivated to hire immediately - Apply Now!
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry Inventory.

Responsibilities
- Completes opening and closing duties.
- Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
- Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations.
- Follows all local and state health regulations.
- Requests customers’ orders and enters the order into the register.
- Notifies kitchen of shortages and special orders.
- Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures.
- Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary.
- Provides purchased good to the customer.
- Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments).
- Assist in all areas of concessions department, as needed.
- Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary.
- Uses equipment correctly.
- Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
