This is a full-time, year-round position at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and responsible alcohol service.
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• A positive, hands-on leader who enjoys working with and motivating a team.
• Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage outlets.
• Be actively involved during service and assist wherever needed.
• Lead daily lineups and keep the team informed, motivated, and focused on great guest service.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Assist with employee scheduling and timekeeping.
• Manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Support Food & Beverage programs and initiatives to improve guest experiences and grow revenue.
• Assign and manage opening and closing side work.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Address employee performance concerns and assist with coaching or corrective action.
• Work closely with other departments to create a great overall experience for guests.
• Solve problems, make decisions, and keep the operation moving.
