About The Position

This role involves supervising staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools, and maintaining smooth operations within the restaurant. The supervisor will also address safety and health concerns, assist guests, and support various areas of the restaurant as needed.

  • Ability to effectively supervise associates.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff.
  • Ability to maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and meeting daily task needs.
  • Ensure associates have the tools required to perform their jobs.
  • Actively communicate with the back of the house for smooth restaurant operation.
  • Report any safety or health concerns.
  • Assist guests with questions, concerns, or needs.
  • Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.
