We are searching for Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisors who are passionate about cuisine and enthusiastic about a total guest experience. You have a broad understanding of the day to day supervision of the Food & Beverage departments within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park quick-serve locations which includes Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin. You help to ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for both Guests and Team Members at the park. In addition, you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest’s food & beverage experience and communicate any new ideas or concerns to assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage programs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage venue
• Must be of legal drinking age as supervising in licensed areas
• Can handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs

Nice To Haves

• POS experience, knowledge of RTP system, an asset
• Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications, an asset
• Second Language is an asset

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of the Food & Beverage departments within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park quick-serve locations (Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin).
• Ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for both Guests and Team Members.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest’s food & beverage experience.
• Communicate any new ideas or concerns to assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage programs.
