Our award‑winning TEMPO Food+Drink restaurant offers hearty, authentic Canadian comfort food, handcrafted cocktails and Instagram‑worthy specials in a lively and vibrant setting. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the F&B Server, will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel standards.

Requirements

NS serve right certification is required;
Exceptional customer service;
A strong attention to detail;
Ability to work different shifts including weekends;
Motivated, detail orientated and organized individual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a face paced environment;

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Welcoming each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, always creating an exceptional first impression;
Providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
Actively participate in all aspects of servicing the hotel’s food/beverage outlets – tempo, and “grab and go” service;
Provide excellent customer service to tempo restaurant guests;
Maintain overall cleanliness of restaurant areas;
Ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining hotel standards;
Follow safe work practices as designated by the employer;
Such other similar or related duties may be required from time to time.
