About The Position

Under the general guidance of the F&B Reservations Manager, the F&B Reservations Supervisor oversees all dining reservation operations to ensure a seamless, personalized, and luxury guest experience across all restaurants and lounge venues. This role supports the management of reservation systems, guest communications, table optimization, VIP coordination, and team training while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, host leadership, or luxury lifestyle hospitality operations.
  • Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office, and SevenRooms reservation system
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems such as Opera, SynXis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
  • Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary.
  • Ability to push 20lbs+ consistently.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.
  • All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific department uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you by your supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reservation operations for all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest service.
  • Manage reservation platforms including OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, or other systems utilized by the property.
  • Handle VIP reservations, special requests, large party inquiries, and guest preferences with professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor reservation pacing, seating flow, and table optimization to maximize covers while maintaining service standards.
  • Ensure all guest communications reflect our brand’s service standards, culture and tone.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve reservations-related concerns or service recovery.
  • Coordinate closely with restaurant leadership, host teams, and culinary operations regarding reservations, events, and outlet availability.
  • Supervise, support, and coach reservation agents and host teams to maintain Forbes-level service standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management of reservation team.
  • Conduct daily reservation briefings and communicate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and updates.
  • Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
  • We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to, on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
