About The Position

This role is for a Food & Beverage Outlets Floor Manager who will lead the charge to ensure guests enjoy a truly memorable experience, whether they've worked up an appetite for a full course meal or are just joining for their favorite hot beverage. The manager will be responsible for directing, coaching, and developing a team, delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards, managing food and beverage standards to deliver against responsible business practices, and multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets as well as a team of colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
  • 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience
  • Must speak local language
  • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
