Requirements

  • Proven food & beverage leadership experience
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational skills

  • Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial and operational planning, including annual budgets
  • Monitor performance through guest feedback and financial reports
  • Maintain product and service quality through regular evaluations
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
  • Lead training, development, and motivation of team members
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and protect outlet assets
  • Ensure safety, security, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintain effective communication across the department
  • Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the outlet
