The F&B Operations Manager will assist in budget development and implementation, monitor operations and expenditures, and motivate, ensure, and discipline employees according to resort guidelines. This role responds to company directives regarding staffing, business trends, and communication. The manager will monitor food and labor costs to ensure profitability, develop and refine menu offerings, identify growth opportunities for the department, and suggest new and profitable business strategies. Additionally, the manager will train employees on proper cash handling procedures.
