About The Position

Assists in managing a main F&B facility or department. Responsible for all aspects of running the restaurant or department, such as budgeting, staffing and motivating employees.

Requirements

  • Restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Per WY law must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • Three to five years Food & Beverage experience preferred.
  • One year experience at the supervisory level preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the F&B Operations Manager in all aspects.
  • Manage and train staff.
  • Monitor labor & food costs.
  • Responsible for dissemination of all JHMR guidelines, policies, and communications.
  • Oversee and monitor all tracking of alcohol, labor costs, and all close out reports according to accounting procedures.
  • Oversee the entire operation in absence of Manager.
  • Schedule staff for all shifts.
