About The Position

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who understands that great hospitality is built through presence, standards, training, accountability, and genuine care for people. This role is for a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, knows how to coach a team, hold standards, solve problems, and create memorable member experiences. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, dependable, and committed to building a team that performs with pride and consistency. Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience with demonstrated success leading high-performing service teams.
  • Experience in a private club, luxury hotel, resort, or upscale fine dining operation is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, spirits, cocktails, and service standards.
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory controls, and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a visible floor presence and a passion for member engagement.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality software; experience with Paylocity, Jonas, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Current TABC Certification and Food Manager Certification (or the ability to obtain them upon hire).
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak club periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurant operations preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity, Jonas, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily dining room, bar, and event service with professionalism and urgency
  • Coach, train, and develop front-of-house team members
  • Hold the team accountable to service standards, cleanliness, timing, and hospitality expectations
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead service in real time
  • Support member satisfaction through thoughtful service recovery and relationship-building
  • Execute club events with attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Help improve systems, checklists, side work, training, and communication
  • Partner with culinary, banquet, beverage, and club leadership to deliver a seamless member experience
  • Support labor management, scheduling, inventory awareness, and cost-control expectations
  • Build a culture where team members are proud to serve at a high level
  • Oversee multiple outlets and service styles, including à la carte dining, banquet functions, member events, and beverage operations
  • Plan, execute, and lead banquet and private events, including room setup, event execution, breakdown, and post-event evaluation
