We are seeking a F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive dining and bar experience for guests. This role is responsible for leading the front-of-house team, leading the kitchen staff, maintaining service standards, and assisting in restaurant/bar management. Job Summary: The F&B Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both the AC Kitchen, AC Bar and Catering. They will help train and lead the staff in maintaining high service standards, and assisting in staff management. This role involves overseeing shifts, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a positive dining/bar experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively support both front-of-house staff and back-of-house coordination.
