This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, particularly during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour." The F&B Host will oversee the Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep supplies fully stocked. The position requires presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture. Additionally, the F&B Host will answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
