F&B Dining Room Attendant - Winter 2026 -27
About The Position
A dining room attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage items to guests and keeping an assigned area of the restaurant clean. You will be supporting one of several restaurant locations. Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. We are a diverse workforce where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and valued. No matter if you are 14 or 84 years, there is a place for you in the Deer Valley family! (Last year over 1,100 staff members celebrated their fifth season or more at Deer Valley).
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a SMART card certification and Utah Food Handlers license
- Able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests and anticipate their needs
- Stock the beverage station and re-order items as needed
- Clear dirty dishes from tables
- Learn all food and beverage items offered to answer guest questions
- Complete side work as assigned
