F&B Deli Cashier
About The Position
The F&B Deli Cashier provides service to guests by taking deli and espresso orders, making change, and answering questions about casino food and entertainment. The role processes food revenue transactions for the deli and satellite areas, may be cross-trained to work in satellite areas, and provides food service and makes sales to gaming floor guests using a food cart. The cashier assists guests with comps and food specials, stocks condiments, maintains deli beverage stations, and keeps deli dining and counter areas clean. Additional duties include bussing tables, clearing the Poker buss cart, assisting staff with guest service, performing cash handling and opening and closing procedures, replenishing coffee in the Employee Dining Area as directed, and performing other necessary duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old and enrolled in high school or hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell food on the gaming floor.
- Provide clearly superior customer service.
- Handle disputes, problem-solve conflicts, and recognize when to involve management.
- Have good math skills.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work with multiple people at one time.
- Take directions and complete tasks quickly.
- Work as part of a team.
- Be able to lift 25 pounds while standing, twisting, or bending.
- Be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
- Have manual and finger dexterity to operate personal computers and adding machines and complete routine paperwork.
Nice To Haves
- One year of cashier or customer service-related experience is preferred.

- Perform opening and closing procedures as outlined.
- Replenish coffee in the Employee Dining Area as directed.
