About The Position

Cook's Flea Market is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Grill Support Team as a Short Order Cook. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a great guest experience by preparing quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting our concessions team. This position is ideal for those seeking extra income, a weekend schedule, or an opportunity to grow their career in hospitality.

ServSafe Certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Prepare food using grills, fryers, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment
Cook food safely and to quality standards
Assemble and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately
Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables and stocking food items
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Clean equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
Work collaboratively with cashiers, cooks, and team members to deliver excellent service
Support concession operations as needed and perform other assigned duties
