About The Position
Serves drinks to guests, makes and gives change. Promotes good guest relations and cleans station. This role involves working in the Bar/Casino/Dining Room during busy times of the day and night, in smoky, noisy, and crowded conditions. It also includes frequent interruptions, and requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The server must be able to make decisions regarding intoxicated guests in conjunction with current policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of cocktailing.
- TIPS training, Health Card
- Excellent communications skills.
- Able to work in a busy atmosphere.
- Cash transaction experience.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
