About The Position

A F&B Cashier plays an important role in creating a great experience for our guests in Food & Beverage at YBR Casino & Sports Book. In this role, you’ll deliver friendly and attentive service, keep the outlet clean and organized, operate the cash register, and serve food and beverages with a smile. You’ll also be knowledgeable about our menu and any current promotions, so you can help guests make the best choices.

Requirements

Previous Food & Beverage experience, a plus.
To be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
To possess the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system, count money and make correct change.
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greets and initiates conversations with customers as they enter their respective venue.
Demonstrates exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B and Retail items to either guests or employees and informs guests of casino operations and outlet locations.
Continually operates cash register or cash bank and accepts payment for F&B and Retail product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change.
Always ensures that assigned area is kept orderly, continually cleaned, and sanitized.
