About The Position

As a F&B Cashier for The Buffet at Excalibur, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service while processing cash and credit transactions in full compliance with casino and regulatory standards. In addition to maintaining accurate registers, you will actively support Food and Beverage operations by stocking specialty areas such as the bakery, maintaining station cleanliness, and collaborating seamlessly with your team to deliver world-class guest service that creates lasting WOW memories for everyone who visits our vibrant resort.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant experience as a Cashier in a retail or Food and Beverage environment required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with InfoGenesis system preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed.
• Accurately process guest transactions (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions).
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all workstations and surrounding areas.
• Stocking specialty areas such as the bakery.
• Collaborating seamlessly with your team to deliver world-class guest service.
