About The Position

A busser is responsible for providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to our guests. You will be supporting one of several restaurant locations at Deer Valley Resort, which is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. We are a diverse workforce where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and valued.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide water service
• Clear, sanitize, and rest tables
• Replenish side station throughout service
• Buff silverware and glassware to fully stock stations
• Set up bus stations and appropriate racks
• Transport linen bags, bar towels, and napkins as needed
• Clean and organize bus closets
• Wipe down and sanitize sinks
• Other duties as assigned
