The F&B / Banquet Houseman is responsible for the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet rooms, meeting spaces, restaurant support areas, and food & beverage events throughout the hotel. This position plays a critical role in ensuring events are executed efficiently, safely, and according to Marriott and Blue Sky Hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple events and operational needs.
