Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role.
• Serv-Safe Manager Certification
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification
• TABC certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager in daily operations of all dining venues, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Supervise and train F&B team members to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all outlets.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to guarantee a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement promotions, menu updates, and operational improvements.
• Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue tracking.
• Support special events and seasonal programs as needed.
