About The Position
This role will be the primary stakeholder for F-35 Customer Programs Proposal activity. As the F-35 Customer Programs Proposal Project Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for managing overall proposal efforts, driving schedule and strategy, tracking status, and providing negotiation and contractual support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience with proposals (FAR/DFAR experience)
- Expertise in both PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance and supply chain to drive seamless proposal execution
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- Able to obtain a secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Direct exposure to F-35 proposal development process
- Experience with Aeronautics Proposal system (APTS)
- Experience with FAR 15 contracting
Responsibilities
- Manage overall proposal activity within Customer Programs under the oversight of the Capture Senior Program Manager.
- Drive proposal schedule, strategy, and completion in partnership with the JPO.
- Track, detail, and present current proposal status, offering constructive paths to timely completion.
- Provide negotiation and contractual support to Contracts, Estimating, Supply Chain, and other functions as required.
