Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greets all patients with a warm welcome and shows urgency in providing service and satisfying their needs.
  • Explores patient needs and priorities, linking them to practice offerings, including eye exams.
  • Demonstrates superior product knowledge, accurately describing features and benefits using appropriate tools.
  • Anticipates problems, explores underlying reasons for issues, and strives to develop long-term solutions.
  • Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescriptions in lenses.
  • Commits to delivery dates and times, sets expectations for pick-up, seeks feedback, and asks for referrals.
  • Operates the point-of-sale system, inputting patient information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Creates and tenders sales transactions, following operational processes and standards when required.
  • Presents, celebrates, and educates at product pick-up.
  • Takes pride in the appearance of the practice, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Secures all company assets under one's control.
  • Informs management of potential safety opportunities.
  • Adheres to attendance and daily timekeeping requirements.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Sells on feet 80%-100% of the time.
  • Consistently maintains proper dress code.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager or as business needs require.
