Extrusion Technicians are responsible for all aspects of production from start to finish. This includes maintaining a clean and safe operating environment, preparing for changeovers, testing product quality, efficiently operating machines, planning materials for production, and immediately reporting any concerns/issues with safety, machines, or quality to the appropriate individual. Compensation for this position will be based on skill, and many advancement opportunities will be available, including opportunities within and outside of the Production Department. The work schedule involves 12-hour shifts, from 7pm-7am, on a 2-2-3 schedule (work two, off two, work three, and vice versa). The hours per week will alternate between 36 and 48 hours, with additional overtime potentially required.
