Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate flow rates and measure circumference accurately.
  • Ability to read and interpret customized blueprints, safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and other technical documentation.
  • Ability to write clear, accurate reports and correspondence, with proficiency in completing required documentation such as DPRs, inventory management forms and data collections records.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and operation of medical tubing extrusion lines under moderate supervision.
  • Operate assigned extrusion stations (foundational complexity) and follow established work instructions.
  • Inspect products for defects, measuring dimensions, and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Maintain pacing, productivity, and accuracy for the stations trained.
  • Work with engineering, quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize processes and resolve issues
  • Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and traceability.
  • Follow all safety, cleanroom, and PPE requirements.
  • Accurately and consistently record production data, machine settings, and maintenance issues for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
