About The Position

This role involves working in a production test environment, troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices down to the component level. The technician will use various diagnostic tools and equipment to adjust, repair, maintain, and test electronic equipment. Responsibilities also include assisting end-users with troubleshooting via phone and/or email.

Requirements

• Experience working in a production test environment.
• Experienced working with electronic test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices down to component level.
• Prior SMT experience is required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is required for this role.
• Experience in electronic service repair rather than electrical trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Use schematics, scopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to adjust, repair, maintain, and test electronic equipment.
• Perform duties as a Bench Technician.
• Assist end users with troubleshooting via phone and/or email as a Service Technician.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices down to the component level.
