About The Position

This role requires a strong understanding of key department operations and company-wide computer systems. The Extrusion Support Lead will provide servant leadership to support team members, ensure safety concerns are recognized, and maintain professionalism in all situations. The position involves continuous education and training, blueprint reading, strong math skills, and the ability to detect minor defects in product finish according to customer specifications. The role also requires the ability to read die drawings and utilize proper inspection equipment.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to recognize safety concerns
