About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Regrind Production Associate for their day shift. This role involves operating material handling equipment for grinders, feeding parts into the grinder at a constant pace, removing weather stripping from parts, and processing drop-off vinyl pieces to feed the grinder. The associate must also have or be able to obtain a valid Ply Gem forklift permit and perform other tasks as assigned by their Supervisor. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Safety and Quality conscious
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attendance – willing and able to work overtime
• Good arithmetic and mechanical skills
• Works well with others in a team environment
• Desire to teach and learn in a changing environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities
