Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing and workflow
• Follow directions from the Production Supervisor
• Monitor production output, scrap, and downtime
• Verify job standards and report defects
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Assist with training and process audits
• Promote teamwork, communication, and safety
