As a Production Team Leader, you will ensure the efficient execution of the production operation in the plant, leading operational teams and guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards, contributing to the growth and stability of the operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a production supervisor or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading operational teams.
  • Experience in managing industrial production processes.
  • Solid leadership and team management experience (essential).
  • Ability to balance technical aspects and people management.
  • Decision-making in operations.
  • Organization, time management, and prioritization.
  • Adaptability to rotating shift schemes.
  • Close, demanding, and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
  • Residency near Barbosa or availability to relocate.

Nice To Haves

  • Desirable experience in the food industry or environments with high quality standards.
  • Professional in Engineering or related fields (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead production operational teams on shift, ensuring results and good performance.
  • Supervise the shop floor operation, guaranteeing compliance with technical, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Simultaneously manage technical and administrative aspects of the production process.
  • Coordinate and monitor operations under rotating shift schemes (including weekends).
  • Ensure team leadership: performance management, effective communication, operational discipline, and talent development.
  • Assume operational responsibility for quality and maintenance during shifts when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement, stabilization, and growth of the plant operation.
