About The Position

Superior Outdoor Products, established in 1978, specializes in high-quality, easy-to-install fencing and railing products for outdoor living spaces. This role operates on a Monday-Friday work week, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with the possibility of additional overtime. The pay rate starts at $24+ per hour, based on experience, plus a shift differential.

Requirements

• Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Safely operate a forklift in a high-traffic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Measuring components produced by the machine using precision measurement tools
• Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stand, talk, and listen.
• At times need to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epicor and computers would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Extrusion Machine
• Maintain the flow of production, from raw material to finished component
• Use saws and other power tools
• Other duties as assigned
