About The Position

Quanex is looking for a Day Shift Extruder Operator to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. The Day Shift Schedule is 4:00 am - 4:30 pm, with Week 1 being Monday - Thursday and Week 2 being Monday - Wednesday. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Works from prints, sketches, and specifications
• Completes quality checks
• Operates extrusion equipment
• Uses power-driven tools
• Fills out production reports
• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notifies supervisor/team lead of any existing or potential safety issues
• Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
