Magnera is hiring experienced Extruder Operators for night shifts in Mooresville. Qualified candidates may receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Must have extruder machine operating experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Forklift experience a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout production.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
  • Lift materials and products (up to 70 lbs.) as needed.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
