Requirements

High School Diploma or its equivalent
Must have extruder machine operating experience.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong focus on safety and quality
Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Forklift experience a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
Maintain quality control standards throughout production.
Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
Lift materials and products (up to 70 lbs.) as needed.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
