About The Position

The Extruder Machine Operator oversees the extrusion process from raw materials through finished products while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and required documentation. The position is at a manufacturing facility in San Marcos, Texas. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The operator must be able to train on first shift for the first few weeks, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $26 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Math proficiency.

• Reliability and flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
