About The Position

The Extraction Packaging Associate accurately and efficiently weighs, labels, and packages cannabis products in compliance with company standards and state regulations. The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. The associate helps maintain product integrity, meet production quotas, and follow safety and quality control procedures.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. A Facility Agent (FA) card is required to start work. Applicants must be at least 21 and able to pass required background checks.

• Basic math skills and ability to use digital scales and packaging tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs or shifts.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and product handling protocols.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (listed as required in the qualifications section).
• Must be 21 or older and able to pass required background checks.
• Facility Agent (FA) card required to start work.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, fill, seal, and label cannabis products according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure packaged products meet standards for weight, appearance, and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold product safety and cleanliness standards.
• Accurately complete personal production numbers.
• Comply with safety protocols, PPE requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
• Support team efforts to meet daily packaging targets.
• Notify the supervisor of inconsistencies, product quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow state and company regulations regarding cannabis handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Packaging Manager or Lead.
