About The Position

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to build a future in a stable, essential industry. No experience is required as training is provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes initiative, and is willing to learn.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)
  • Ability to carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull up to 120 pounds
  • Take initiative and work efficiently
  • Dependable and motivated to perform at a high level
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Willing to learn new skills and responsibilities
  • Can understand and follow rules, procedures, and safety policies

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.
  • Monitor process controls, gauges, and equipment performance to ensure safe and effective operation.
  • Collect product samples according to standard operating procedures and perform or coordinate quality testing.
  • Make process adjustments based on quality results and operating conditions.
  • Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.
  • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.
  • Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.
  • Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
