About The Position
JARS Cannabis is seeking a motivated Lab Packager to join our team in Phoenix. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced lab setting where precision and quality are key. If you have prior experience in packaging and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous packaging or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Active FA card preferred
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with cannabis compliance and handling regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in a full-scrub lab environment.
- Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Prepare and process biomass for extraction operations
- Package and label extraction socks/bags for use in extraction booths
- Ensure extraction materials are accurately weighed, packed, and documented
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of extraction prep and packaging areas
